Selling a Property

When Selling a Property the Vendor is locked into the contract from the time they sign; there are no Cooling off Rights for the Vendor.

This makes it essential that the Vendor has a full understanding of what they are signing and what their obligations are under the Contract.

Conveyancers go over the contract for you and explain the specific clauses and advise the vendor on any adjustments that may be required before you sign.

Once the Contract is signed by all parties involved, we can then get started the process, which includes transferring the property, liaising with the Vendors Bank (if required), and any other interests on the Title, adjusting rates and taxes between the Purchaser and Vendor.
